Life can come at us and make us feel like all hope is gone. For me it was another heartbreak that made me desire real change so I decided that I was going to read the Bible from cover to cover in one year. This took time and commitment to read every single day. I had heard before that God’s word would help, but I never made an effort to actually read the whole bible. I did it. I started in August 2005 and finished in the summer of 2006. Was it difficult? Sometimes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! When it came time to write my current book, I knew those scriptures like the back of my hand. Those highlighted words had already given me strength, and now it was my time to share how those verses helped me to become healthy and whole mind, body, and spirit. What is it that you need to commit to right now to live a better life? It could be for emotional, spiritual, or financial growth or for your overall physical health. If you are not 100% fulfilled right now, how could this commitment change your future self? #foodforthought #itstimetodobetter #itstimetobebetter
